Why Sustaining Grace Exists

Too many people leave physical therapy still unsure of what comes next. Others avoid care altogether because the traditional healthcare model feels rushed, impersonal, or controlled by insurance instead of individual goals.

Sustaining Grace Physiotherapy was created to offer a better way: thoughtful, hands-on, individualized care focused on the whole person — not just the diagnosis.

With grace, patience, and consistent effort, we help you rebuild strength, restore movement, reduce pain, and sustain long-term progress.

Our Mission is to help people sustain strength, independence, and confidence through personalized physical therapy that meets them where they are — physically, personally, and practically.

Out-of-Network, Patient-Centered Care

We are out-of-network with insurance providers so we can spend more time with you, tailor your treatment, and avoid the limitations of standard clinic care. Many clients choose to use HSA/FSA funds or submit a detailed receipt to their insurance for possible reimbursement. If you have questions about how this works, we’re happy to walk you through it.
